Our mother is the head chef in our house and ensures a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in our kitchen. We all work together to carefully select and prepare the best home grown organic ingredients for cooking authentic Georgian, Kist and Chechen culinary delights.
We offer our guests what we eat, which is wholesome, delicious and nutritious. Vegetarians will be delighted with the wide selection of satisfying dishes.
Please note that we don’t offer alcoholic drinks and no alcohol is permitted in the house or grounds. We hope guests will respect our family’s house-rules and customs. The water is fine to drink without treating.
